So, I've had this and done nothing with it, so I'm going to try to sell it. This is the 'Mainstreet' model, the first run with the 83MHz bus. Specs: 292MHz (fastest) ~320MB RAM (may be slightly more or less.) 4GB HD (original 8GB was replaced.) DVD-ROM Drive, no decoder. 14" screen (originally had a 13", but was replaced.) Battery gets 4 lights, but if the computer's been sitting for a while, it wont start from it, and I am not sure how long it lasts. Yo-Yo adapter
The real problem is that it has no OS installed, and I cant install any. When I got it, it had 9.2, and I tried erasing it to install Jaguar. In the middle of the installation, it froze. I tried to install 9, it wouldn't go, but it may be due to the fact that both my CD's are scratched. Then again, the DVD drive may be going. Other that that, the whole computer is very clean! The most wear is some on the left hand palmrest. There are a few tiny scratches on the rubber. There are basically no cracks on it. Pics upon request. Asking $50+shipping from 90028.
