I have a 2nd Gen iPod Touch (8GB), that is flaky. I bought it off the list a while ago, it had the no wifi problem, the upgrade to the version 3.1.2 touch software fixed the wifi problem but it still acts flaky. The touch seems to respond slowly in launching apps, the battery can be erratic, the back has a small dent. The screen is perfect, no scratches, I have a screen protector on it.
