I acquired this 500MHz Titanium PowerBook as a possible step up from
my current 400MHz TiBook, but have been unable to get it to start up.
I connect a known-good power supply, and the LED ring doesn't light up
(it does on my current 'Book), so it may just be a matter of replacing
power-related components. If you really know what you're doing with
this model of PowerBook, you might be able to resurrect it, otherwise,
you should be able to use it for spare parts.

It includes 128MB RAM, and as far as I know the optical drive is still
functional, and there are probably other components you can
cannibalize. The case is in pretty good shape for a 'Book of this
vintage, with a few scratches and sticker/label residue, and few
places where the paint has come off.

It DOES NOT include the hard drive, keyboard, battery or power supply.

The Airport card was tested in my current 'Book, and appeared to work fine.

I tried looking at eBay to come up with good asking prices, but
relatively similar 'Books run in a very large range of prices, so I
tried to come up with something relatively reasonable.

I'll ask $30 + shipping for the PowerBook and $15 + shipping for the
Airport card. I'll sell both of them together for $40 +shipping.
Reasonable offers will be considered.

Send me your ZIP code, and I'll quote you a shipped price.

Shipping will probably be via USPS Priority Mail from Dayton OH, 45410.

Thanks,
