Looks like it has two sets of original paperwork, 3 Daystar stickers, 2 sealed static straps, one set of disks still sealed another set opened, two manuals (one almost mint the other has a crease on the front). The cpu card has the 128k cache as well on the back. The kicker is I think this thing has never been used. It has no signs of any use like dust residue. I also have no way to verify it works at this point because I do not have an adapter to use it. This card does need an adapter that is VERY rare to work without modification in most compatible Macs. Please do your own research.
