I have for sale two used Elgato EyeTV 200 digital video recorders for the Mac. Watch and record TV on your Mac, or hook up a VCR and transfer old video tapes to a digital format. Includes EyeTV 200, remote control and Firewire cable in the original box. I no longer have the software CD, but version 1.8.6 of EyeTV software is available for free download on the Elgato website here (along with a list of system requirements):
http://www.elgato.com/elgato/na/mainmenu/support/Update-Start/Update-EyeTV-1 I recently downloaded and installed EyeTV v. 1.8.6 on my MacBook, hooked up the EyeTV 200s, and they both work perfectly. The EyeTV 200 is also compatible with later versions of EyeTV, including EyeTV 2 and EyeTV 3, if you already own one of these versions or are interested in purchasing the latest version from Elgato. Note that the EyeTV 200 works only with analog TV signals, which at this point is limited to analog cable. The EyeTV 200 will work with a cable box or digital signal converter, but you will not be able to change channels from within EyeTV. I purchased one of the units new, and the other as a refurbished item directly from Elgato. I can't tell which is which. I guarantee both to be in perfect working and cosmetic condition. Asking $35 (each) shipped by USPS Priority Mail within the continental U.S. PayPal highly preferred. Please email me off-list with questions or if you are interested.
