I am probably too low on my budget, but I thought I would check here before going to plan B, an upgrade for my DA.

Will have about 300-350 to spend next week and looking for a new to me Mac at home.

I might consider a Macbook with a damaged screen as long as there are no other issues and it works fine with an external monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Looking for an Intel based Mini, preferred specs:

Would like a Dual core processor, but will consider original Solo
prefer 2gb ram, but I can always upgrade
small HD is fine, I already have 1.5Tb of external
Combo drive is fine, don't need to burn DVDs
Do not need bluetooth or airport.

Cosmetics don't matter too much, but preferably, nothing held together with duct tape. However, I would not rule out a duct taped system as long as it works well.

Yes, I will need the power supply.

Do not need dvi to vga adapter, already have one. However, if is has a mini dvi connector, a mini dvi to vga would be nice.

My ideal would be a cosmetically challenged early 2009 with the GeForce 9400m graphics with the parts I don't need downgraded to the above specs to bring the price down. But that is in my world, which can be a fun place to visit every now and then.
