Hello again, my dear swappers,

Forgot to put these in my last posting.

1) An external DVD drive that operates over USB 2.0 (requires external
power). The model is an LG GSA-E40L. It's a little big but works
great, supports DVD+R/RW and DVD-R/RW dual layer burning (7.9 gig
discs), up to 18x speed DVD burning and 48x speed CD burning, and
LightScribe (writing a disc label with the laser).

I bought this to use with my core duo macbook, and it worked great.
I've only ever used it in Leopard with Toast, I would imagine it would
work in Snow Leopard, not sure about Tiger. Original box and windows
driver CD are long gone, so you get the drive, USB cable and power
brick. Looks brand new, still has the protective plastic on the top
and back panels. $30 shipped.

2) An 80gb external hard drive that operates over Firewire (requires
external power). The model is a Maxtor 3000DV. It has two firewire
ports, so you can chain another device from it. I think if you wanted
you could crack it open and replace the drive with a larger one- but
I've read the chipset only supports drives up to 128gb, and might
actually damage larger drives, so YMMV. Still, a cheap way to add 80
gigs to a G3 or G4 powermac w/o needing a usb 2.0 card. Drive and
power brick included (I'm out of extra firewire cables). $10
shipped.

Discounts from my last email apply.
