This is a generic PC card that I couldn't get to work with my WallStreet running either OS 9 or OS 10.1. (Yes, I am still living in the Late Bronze Age, and a WallStreet running OS 9 and 10.1 is the most up-to-date thing I've got.) It has two USB ports and one FireWire port. The card comes with a power cord that connects the card to a PC serial port, and a CD containing both Mac and Windows drivers. Hopefully it will work with OS 10.2 or later.
Just in case it means anything, here is the text of the Read Me in the Mac folder of the driver CD: "VIA MAC UHCI driver Version 1.0.2 (2003-12-31) Note:1. This is a beta version of MAC UHCI driver for VIA VT6202/VT6212 PCI card. 2. You must login as a root or use the account with the admin privilege to install this driver. Known Issues: 1.
