I've got a non-functional 14" iBook G4 1.33GHz that won't boot or charge. Other than that, it's in pristine condition. The inside and outside show virtually no sign of wear and tear. On a scale of 10, I'd rate it a 10. I understand that the keyboard is brand new - and it certainly looks as though it is.
Some of the bottom rubber bumbers are missing and the Airport card and RAM have been removed. The charger is not included. The LCD appears to be in perfect shape, but I have no way to verify that it works. I'm leaving the stock 60GB hard drive inside, as I don't want to risk losing screws or damaging the white plastic case. The optical drive is present and intact, but I'm not sure if it works. I'm guessing that it's a combo drive. This would be a great project for someone with a spare logic board. $80 shipped, or make an offer Paypal preferred and I'm only able to ship within the US.
