This is a Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 64MB video card that was pulled from a first-gen G5. It has a DVI and ADC connector. This is not a flashed PC card - it uses Apple's proprietary ADC connector and was the original video card in a 2.0 GHz DP G5. I believe it's possible to use this in a G4 if Scotch tape is used to cover 2 of the pins, but I've never done that myself. I used this card in a working 2.0 GHz DP G5 and it functions perfectly.
