This is an ADS Tech Dual-Link USB 2 and FireWire CardBus card. It has 2 USB ports and one FireWire port, along with a smaller four-pin port that I think is maybe one of those smaller FireWire ports.
Full disclosure: I used this with my Wallstreet, and it worked fine, but it eventually started making my system go haywire, whether I was using OS 9.2.2 or 10.3.9. I suspect this was due to some problem with the setup on the Wallstreet, because it seems to work fine with my Pismo. $7 shipped CONUS.
