For sale is a G3 iBook with the following specs: 12" screen, 800 MHz processor, 30 GB hard drive, 256 MB RAM. Combo drive, Airport. It has a good battery, a good screen and everything works. The original screen bumpers are intact, but the rubber feet, save for the one on the battery, has been replaced by felt pads.
This iBook really does work well, but it has one cosmetic issue. The screen hinge is very firm, and as a result, there is some slight separation of the screen bezel from the screen in front of the hinge (at bottom, center of screen). During normal (screen up) use, there is about a 1/8" gap - it widens somewhat when the screen is moved up (or out/open). It looks and works good, but with the flaw noted, it can be yours for a good price. $100 shipped anywhere in the US.
