Hi all, up for sale is a genuine Apple USB Dial-Up modem. It is in excellent physical condition, and when connected to my computer, System Preferences recognizes it, as well as the System Profiler. I don't have a phone line, or a Dial-Up account to completely test it with, but the computer recognizes it, so I would assume it works.
