I've got a 2-port eSATA ExpressCard/34 that has only been used once. It was used on a 2006 MacBook Pro that had an ExpressCard slot, but no FireWire 800 port. Snow Leopard recognized it instantly without the need to load any drivers. I'm not sure if it's bootable, but I doubt it. However, I can validate that a MacBook with an ExpressCard slot and Snow Leopard can use this adapter. I'll include an eSATA cable.

$30 shipped to the USA.
