FS: Macintosh II Computer; $5,000 by George Dill, 9558 Penwood Way, Granite
Bay, CA 95746; [email protected], 916-797-2988
The Macintosh II was released for sale in late March 1987. I am the original
and only owner of this system and I have my original order dated 21 April,
1987. The original sell price was $7,202.87. This system was my only computer
and I used it at my work for ten years to mid 1997. I then used it as a backup
to my second computer for an additional five years until 2002. At that time I
retired and placed the entire system into its original shipping boxes. I am
now 80 years old and need to down size everything. I am an avid fan of the
Macintosh systems and because this is one of the very early units of the
Macintosh II computer systems, I think that it should find a new home where it
serves as a show piece. The following is a list of the hardware and software
included with this system.
