I have a dying 12 inch powerbook and was told the motherboard was "probably" the culprit. would like to get it up and running if it's on the cheap. What's the best price someone can give me on a known working board shipped to Northampton? can offer in trade (in addition to cash) a genuine full sized Apple-branded Victorinox Swiss Army knife with a torx and screwdriver set built in. Got it from an employee I knew and have used it many times to take apart Macs. It is transparent black and in used but fully functional shape.
