Perhaps my initial asking price was too high. How about $72.50 instead?
Trade for large HDs still considered.

Up for sale is a pair of vintage (circa 1993) AppleDesign Powered Speakers
(M6082). These buggers still sound wonderful after all these years, very
similar to the Bose Companion computer speakers. They are exceptionally
clean, with no yellowing.

There are two *minor* issues that need to be brought up, however. First,
the power LED doesn't light up. In keeping with Steve Jobs' philosophy of
minimal distractions, this might actually be a good thing; at least I
choose to see it that way. Second, the power supply is not original.
These speakers use a non-standard voltage (15V) as well as an unusual
coaxial power plug, and finding an exact replacement was next to
impossible. What I have been using for years is a Sony 16V power adapter
that just happens to have the right plug. Talking to my EE friends, they
confirmed my suspicion that one extra volt isn't going to make a difference
on the simple analog circuitry contained in these speakers. If that bugged
you, you could always chop off the end and mate it to a 15V power supply,
but that really isn't necessary.

I'd like to get $85 for these speakers, CONUS shipping included, non-CC
PayPal preferred. I would also be interested in trading, partial or full,
for large internal or external hard drives.
