Alrighty, now that I've ripped this thing apart as far as I'm going to,
here's the parts I've got for sale. These are all from the original lamp
iMac, simply billed as the "Flat Panel iMac". Model number is M6498.

-A stick of RAM for the not-as-easy-to-access slot. It's 512MB, PC-133
SDRAM. I honestly don't know what it's worth- is $5 shipped reasonable? I
won't be offended by another offer.
-A 120GB IDE Barracuda. I'm guessing this was a build to order, as it does
have the Apple logo on it, and I'm pretty sure the machine was never
upgraded by a user. $20 or offer.
-The optical drive. I'm pretty sure it's the 2X SuperDrive option, as the
markings says DVD-R/RW. $20 or offer.
-The enclosure frame for the optical drive and harddrive, as well as the
cable that bridges both. $10, or cheaper with purchase of either of the
drives.
-The actual LCD panel. No bezel, but all the cables are included. $30 or
offer. I also have the inverter, which I'll include for free if you want
the LCD. Otherwise, it's $10 or offer.
-The power cable, and/or the power input from the back. $8 for the lot, or
$5 individually.

I've also got almost all the screws, as well some other random plastic
pieces and stuff from it. Just email me with questions.
