Here's a good working/looking iBook G3 with either correctable issue or one you
can just choose to live with, and maybe even appreciate for the unique
character it provides to this otherwise "just like any other" iBook.

SPECS: 700 MHz, 20 GB HD, 256 MB, CD-ROM

It's in complete working condition and good cosmetic condition - both screen
bumpers have felt pad replacements, but all four bottom feet are intact.
Battery takes a good charge and indicates well more than two hours of usable
life.

The thing with this one is that the CD-ROM drive sled/tray mechanism wants to
come out slightly farther than is normal, and when it does, it comes off the
track on the front edge.  When this happens, it is easy to put it back into its
proper position and slide it back into place, even when you are doing this with
a disk on the tray.  I have replicated this maneuver several times, and can say
with confidence that the function of the drive is not affected.  It works fine,
and you will learn where to stop sliding the tray when you are opening it.

$60 shipped anywhere in the US.  Add-ons: $5 for upgrade to 384 MB, $12 for an
Airport card, $12 for a new aftermarket 45-watt AC adapter OR ALL of these for
an extra $25.
