Cleaning up the back room. Here's what I have: 1. 12" iBook 1.33. It's beat! Was working fine and the hard drive started getting a bit weird (spin-up problems). Tried to replace it and pulled the keyboard connector off the mother of a board. I bought this used and upon taking it apart, it looks like it was definitely a rebuild. Screen is in good condition although the plastic is beat. Max'd out on ram.
2. 12" i book skeleton. I bought this as part of a project. It was a 1.2. Plastics are really nice. No keyboard. Mother board, screen and optical drive are present, although I can't vouch for them. 3. 500 Mhz Pismo. You'd never think it was new but you'd never guess it was almost 12 years old. Works fine. 120 Gb HD replaced in 2007/8 and used for a year or two. Has airport card, USB2 via PC card and a 802.11b PC card. Also have the Bookendz for it! Now the bad side. No powerbrick and the screen hinge is bad. The replacement hinge is included - you just need to install it. Maxed out on ram. Also in includes an additional A/C board. 4. Dead but rebuildable ibook (original toilet seat) battery. Prices you ask? $150 for everything or make me an offer I can't refuse! Will consider partial offers. I just want this stuff out and to someone who might need it. Thanks, Michael Breslin Cooper City, FL 33330 -- You received this message because you are a member of the LEM Swap group.
