I also have a Netgear ADSL2+ Modem DM111P v2. It has a phone port and an ethernet port. It too has been in service a couple years and has provided reliable service. Power adaptor is included. I have changed my internet service provider to cable and went to a combination modem-router-wireless and no longer need these items. I will provide both of these for the cost of shipping ($15) to any non profit, school, religious organization who can make use of them.
