Selling my 2006 17" white iMac, with the following specs & upgrades.
* Core 2 Duo T7200 CPU, upgraded from the original Core Duo CPU * ATI Radeon x1600 GPU w/ 128MB VRAM * 320GB HDD (blank, no OS) * 4GB RAM (3 GB useable, 2x2GB PC2-5300 installed) * 1440x900 display, excellent condition * Includes white Apple Pro keyboard (ice cube tray version, I believe, right before the Slim version), no mouse This unit has had an EFI firmware upgrade that allows it to recognize and use more than the 2GB RAM limit that was placed on these models. You can read more about it here: http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/systems/mac_mini_core_2_duo_swaps.html, and you can find the FW updater here (performed at your own risk): http://forum.netkas.org/index.php/topic,1122.0.html. The unit is still limited to using 3GB RAM due to the 32-bit chipset, but 50% more RAM is a definite speed boost. The unit is in great working condition, with all hardware functioning properly. No OS or discs are included, but it will run Snow Leopard 10.6 out of the box, and Lion 10.8 with a little bit of hackery. I'm selling it to make room for more computers in, and my MacBook Pro is my primary Mac. Asking $350 shipped in CONUS or best offer.
