My son's laptop is making a clicking sound while trying but failing
to start up. I have no idea what he did to it, or if this is a minor
or major problem, as he is in LA, and I am in NY, and he does not
know a Mac technician.
He is in school and has an on line course, and this is an emergency
that he needs something running at least X.5 so he can use Open
Office. He probably also needs maxed out RAM.
I would be paying for it, and shipping needs to be directly to him.
If you LIVE in LA, that would be even better.
Please can you help us?
