For sale is a Western Digital 500AAKB SE16 Caviar Blue parallel ATA
hard drive. 7200 rpm. Manufacture date 11/19/2007.
I believe this will work in the following Macs straight off the
onboard ATA. This infor is from MacTracker.
Second gen G4 Quicksilvers and all MDD
All flat panel iMacs that use parallel ATA not Serial ATA. Some
question if it will work in the first generation.
Of course, it will work with an add on card that supports large
drives and many external cases.
