It works great, and has had a screen protector since day 1, and also has had one of the black apple cases on it as well to protect the rest of the body. I have the power brick and USB charge/sync cable as well. No other box, manual, accessories available at this time. Loaded with iOS 5.1.1, and I'll do a full reset/restore before shipping it.
