Looking for one of the OWC Mercury On the Go enclosures, I'd like FW400 & USB2 connectivity at a minimum, but I would also take one of the newer ones as well (with FW800 and/or USB 3). If it has a drive installed, that's fine, but I also have a few I can use, so that's not a critical part of the equation.
