This G3 iBook is a paradox - it is in excellent cosmetic condition indicative of light use, but has issues that suggest the reason for its early (and premature) retirement.
Specs - 800 MHz, 384 MB, 30 GB hard drive, good 12" screen Issues - The CD-ROM (only) drive does not work. When a disk it inserted, the machine thinks about it for a while and then ejets it. An airport card is recognized by this iBook, but a wi-fi network is never found. The issue is most likely a bad or disconnected antenna. I have double-checked alternatives for data transfer and internet connectivity - the ethernet, firewire and USB all rested good, and wer used to prep this computer. Otherwise, this iBook works great, and as mentioned, is in great cosmetic shape. $35 gets it to you anywhere in the US. Add $10 for a new aftermarket AC adapter.
