Normally there's a spiel in here about how I'd like the item shipped in a cardboard box, but seeing as how this is flat paper rather than the usual electronic-type doodad, I don't see how even *my* mailman can irredeemably screw it up (he'll surprise me, I'm sure). I can pay via PayPal; a personal check (with the item shipping upon the check clearing) or an MO are also possibilities.
