Hi folks, got a Mac Pro that needs a new home. It's the 1st-generation
"Quad-Core" model (two dual-core processors), with the following specs:
* Two Dual-Core 2.66 GHz Intel Xeon processors ("Quad-Core" model
designation)
* 4GB DDR2 PC2-5300 ECC fully-buffered RAM w/ custom heatsinks (supports up
to 32GB)
* 500 GB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive (wiped), has all four HDD trays
* FireWire 800, USB2
* ATI 4870 512MB graphics card (upgraded from original Nvidia 7300 graphics
card)
This Mac Pro is in good condition, all parts fully working. All hardware
passes Apple Service Diagnostics with no issues. Replaced it with a custom
rig I recently put together.
Here's the deal: I'd prefer to sell this locally, since it's big and heavy,
and shipping would cost a pretty penny. I'm located in the Athens, OH area
(southeast Ohio), 1.5 hours away from Columbus. Pickup or delivery can be
arranged, we'll work something out.
I'm not against shipping this, however, but the buyer would have to pay
shipping costs (could be up to $100, with packaging and such). I want to
make sure this thing gets to its destination in one piece.
Asking $500 locally, shipping would be extra depending on location.
