I have a 4GB stick of DDR3 ECC PC8500 1066MHz SDRAM for a 2009-10 Mac Pro. Just had it replaced under warranty from OWC, so this is a brand new stick of RAM. It's no longer needed in the machine it came from. For reference, this is the RAM:
