This is the current (mid 2012, non retina) base model 13" -- Core i5 2.5 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HD, USB 3 ports, etc. This particular machine was purchased back in February, so it's still within the 1 year Apple factory warranty, and eligible for extended AppleCare warranty. I can provide the serial number if you want to check the exact purchase date/warranty eligibility.
All functions have been tested, and all work as they should, battery has fewer than 40 cycles on it (forgot to write it down before I wiped the drive). I've wiped the drive and have done a factory restore to the original 10.8. Screen and case are in near mint condition, with no significant wear. Apple sells these for $1019 (plus tax) in the refurbished store, so how about $950 shipped for mine? Make me an offer if you don't think my price is fair.
