They all need power supplies. Rather than trying to fix, I will just sell as parts. Video card: $10 Motherboard & processor: $15 Fan: $5 case plastic handles: $10 power supply (needs to be rebuilt): free plus whatever shipping is; I use the USPS. If anyone wants the whole thing, or the case minus components, send me a message and we'll talk. It would be expensive to ship, but the cases are* in good condition, and make great projects.
