I've got an iPhone 4S locked to AT&T, black 16GB model, up for sale. Everything works fine, with a few caveats:
1) Power button only works if you push it really hard. Looks like a common issue with the 4/4S line. 2) Home button works fine but is a little loose. Screen is in great condition, as is the rear panel. Both the front LCD and rear panel were recently replaced by a local repair shop. Works great as a replacement phone for AT&T subscribers, and might potentially work on prepaid networks that use AT&T. Should be able to get it unlocked for any GSM carrier if you're an AT&T subscriber. Currently running iOS 7.0.4. No cables or chargers included, just the phone. How about $150 shipped sound?
