Case is in good shape, with one very, very tiny ding near the upper right corner, and wear on the bottom case. Feet initially fell off, but have been replaced with four all new rubber feet. The MagSafe adapter has a small tear in the top (where they usually get a tear) and has been wrapped in electrical tape. Battery life is good but not great, getting around 3 hours in normal use, and about 4.5 hours if I really stretch it. The computer will ship insured FedEx in its original box and the original packing container from Athens, OH 45701.
