Hi, I have this card, and no longer need it. It works perfectly in a 2008 Mac Pro, and perhaps the 2006/2007 model as well, where it would serve as a nice upgrade to anything that might've come stock with those machines.
Being a PC-style card, it has a composite S-video port between the normal pair of DVI ports, and the fan design is different, but it's been flashed with Mac Firmware, so it works just like the stock card.
