This is a retail copy of Mac OS X Panther (10.3.0). The box and "Welcome to Panther" booklet are missing, but everything else is included (three install CDs, Xcode CD, setup guide, AppleCare guide, license agreement, and proof-of-purchase coupons). The discs themselves look flawless.
