I was attempting to cobble together a mostly-functional iPhone 5 for a
friend on a tight budget, but I think I'll give it up as I'm feeling like
I'm getting in over my head at this point.

I will therefore sell off what I don't want/need, so here goes....

*One somewhat beat up, mostly complete iPhone 5 16 GB AT&T. I
bought it for $107 and change mostly for its screen and casing. It's iCloud
locked, so it's
useless without a logic board swap. I removed the screen, and
I'm thinking I might keep it, but the rest of the phone is pretty much good
only for misc parts,
such as the casing itself and everything other than the logic
board. $85 + shipping.

*One bag of other misc parts. Mostly this includes screws and EMI
shields. $15 + shipping.

*Beat up case. the power button doesn't click, but it does work,
and it basically looks like it's been run over or something. Also includes
speaker/mic/Lightening
/headphone jack assembly. $30 plus shipping.

*Much Nicer back case. All buttons seem to work, and their action
is good and crisp. Includes an unfastened jack/speaker/mic assembly. $65 +
shipping.

*iPhone 5 logic board, 16 GB AT&T. This one runs some version of
iOS 7, but there's no apparent video output (it has been exposed to a
liquid, so some
damage must've occurred, as the connector for video out looks a
bit discolored. It might be repairable, but it's beyond my abilities.) It
allegedly works other
            than that. $60 + shipping.

*Some batteries. One I believe is bad (I don't know for sure),
the other holds some charge. How about $5 for the alleged bad one and $10
for the working one?

*iPhone 5 LCD. This is an OEM part as far as I know, and it
includes the earpiece speaker, front camera, and home button. There may be
some discoloration in
the top right corner, but it otherwise looks practically like
new with mild scratching. $40

If I sell as a lot, I'd like maybe $285 (about the cost of a used example
in good working order). All prices are OBO, of course. Prices do not
include shipping.

Maybe somebody with the right knowledge can build 1 1/2 good working phones
out of this heap?

Thanks,
