This is a first generation iPad mini (black, non-retina) with both wifi and 4G/LTE connectivity on AT&T's network. It was the top of the line model, with 64GB of storage. I've had it since new, and it's always been used in a case and has a screen protector installed. It's mostly been used to watch videos around the house, so hasn't seen much travel. The screen is flawless, and has a screen protector installed, but no case is included. There are no dings dents or any scratches that I could find. It really looks like new.
It's in the original box with adapter, cable, etc. You can use it on wifi or set up an AT&T data plan (as needed) right on the iPad and you're good to go.
