Hi there: I have the following for sale: Two identical late 2006 white iMacs, the first of the Core 2 Duo machines <http://lowendmac.com/2006/17-1-83-ghz-imac-late-2006/>. Each has the 17” display, and the 1.83 GHz processor. Each has had only one owner, and have been in pet-free, non-smoking homes. With one exception they work fine. The exception is that one of them has a bad case of the iMac vertical-lines screen failure so it would be best to use an external monitor with it (which my parents, the original owners, happily did so). I can send a picture if you want to see how it looks. The second machine had the same problem but since that problem occurred within the Apple warranty period it got the official factory repair (I think in about 2009-10). Both HDs are now wiped clean via Disk Utility, with no OS installed, but I will include a set of the original installation discs along with the power cord.
