I used this at my dad's place to connect a Mac mini and later an Apple TV
with DVI --> HDMI --> RCA Adapters. Not the greatest at 640x480 but it got
the job done for sure!

This includes:

   - "Porta" brand converter from RCA --> HDMI
   - NTSC (North America) and PAL (Europe) support
   - HDMI Cable Included
   - RCA Cable Included (Red/Yellow/White)
   - Includes Headphone-jack style audio cable to connect up to speakers,
   etc from your Apple gadget
   - Mini USB cable Included (you may need a USB power brick if your HDMI
device doesn't output enough power. ATV 2nd Gen worked fine
   - Tested with: ATV 2nd Gen and mac mini (needed to power it with the Mac
   mini)
   - Should work just fine with any other Mac or the 3rd Gen Apple TV

Price: Looking for $35 shipped (adapter + cables)
