Building a display for a computer lab of the iBook Clamshells. I am interested in G3 clamshells, Brochures, Posters, Banners, any of the promotional pieces or swag.
I am looking for the original Tangerine and Blueberry iBooks, 300MHz - preferably in working condition, with power supply, battery, and/or airport card. 3rd party power supply is fine and battery that does not hold a charge or holds a minimal charge is okay. If you have the SE version iBooks, 366MHz - with and without firewire ports, preferably in working condition, with power supply, battery, and/or airport card. 3rd party power supply is fine and battery that does not hold a charge or holds a minimal charge is okay. Also, if you have a 466MHz iBook in Graphite or Lime - in working condition, with power supply, battery, and/or airport card. 3rd party power supply is fine and battery that does not hold a charge or holds a minimal charge is okay. I am working with a very limited budget and hoping to find items for this display for a minimal price and/or the cost of shipping. If you have replacement parts, such as CD-Rom doors, etc. please let me know what you have as I may need parts to repair and replace as the display is built. Cosmetic condition is important as the display is intended to be a hands on display and these iBooks need to have functional handles as they will be hung from their handles. Let me know what you have and how much you want. Your photos will be most useful. If you can take a photo of the About This Mac, and the clamshell top case and bottom case (where model number is displayed) that will be very helpful.
