This is a MacBook Pro 2006 15" model. It has suffered from the random ATI
Radeon X1600 lockups / freezing and thus the "fix" has been applied of
moving the affected kexts / drivers from the drivers folder into the root
of the hard drive, essentially allowing the system to bypass them.

I've noticed it works fine for surfing, Pandora, Photoshop, web browsing
and Word / Excel and I do watch some .mp4 vids in "OK" resolution on VLC
just fine. Anything that requires using the graphics card as more than just
a frame buffer, however, will not work.

It seems more powerful in this state even than any PowerPC laptop, so it is
what it is at this point.

Specifications:

- MacBook Pro Early 2006 (MacBookPro 1,1)
- 2GB DDR2 RAM
- 120GB Samsung hard drive.
- Superdrive takes in a desk then spits it back out
- Battery is about 1.5 hours. Coconut battery reports 2456mAh out of design
capacity of 5500mAh.
- "Gen 2 MagSafe" with the "L Shape" adapter IS included as well.
- Blacklit keyboard works.

Hopefully I've described this as best as I can. Its good as a basic
browsing, surfing, researching, office/productivity/web games / etc machine
at this point in time.

Looking for $85, shipped.
