I found an old Performa 575 by the dumpster outside my work, and to my surprise it works! It booted up to System 7.1P without any problems, and now I need the pieces for it to stay around.
I'm looking for an Apple Extended Keyboard II and the Apple Desktop Bus Mouse II, since those would have originally shipped with the computer. I am open to offers of any keyboard and mouse combination that would work, and I am not too picky. Third party MacAlly keyboards are good too. I don't mind ones that have yellowed, just as long as all the keys are there and working. I am hoping to buy as a set to keep shipping costs down. I am also looking for any other Performa parts available. I would like to upgrade the 350MB SCSI drive or add an external, and possibly an external SCSI CD or DVD drive. Also would be interested in a 32MB SIMM, and any old software and floppys available.
