Hi Swappers, Up for sale is a white polycarbonate MacBook 13-inch, Early 2009. This is the non-unibody version. Was upgraded with 4 GB RAM and a 240 GB solid-state drive (SSD). The only issue is with the DVD drive, it is flaky and sometimes doesn't read DVDs or CDs. I don't use those often so it's not much of an issue for me, but it's something to be aware of.
Specs: * 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor * 4 GB DDR2 667 MHz memory * 240 GB solid-state drive (SSD) * NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics with 256MB VRAM * 13-inch display, 1280x800 resolution Comes with two batteries (both genuine OEM, one with ~50 cycles and the other with ~70 cycles, according to coconutBattery) and 60W MagSafe charger. Overall, the laptop is in great condition, no chipping or yellowing on the palmrests. Top case has some scuffs and wear and tear. Screen is bright and scratch free. If you don't have a need for a DVD drive, this is a perfect machine. You can swap out the DVD drive with a second hard drive if you have the proper caddy. Comes running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. Given the DVD drive and the SSD upgrade, I'm looking to get $150 *plus* actual shipping in CONUS. As always, PayPal preferred.
