This is a 20" iMac G5, the first-generation 1.8ghz model. This computer has
2GB of RAM (the maximum it will take), a 160gb hard drive, and a slot-load
SuperDrive. Overall it is in good condition with only minor signs of
wear. The screen is in good condition with no bruises/scratches, but it
does have the faint pink tint around the edges that is common with PVA
panels from the early 2000s (pretty much invisible unless the screen is all
one color, I can send pictures so you know what to expect). The hard drive
will be wiped before shipping to comply with list rules.

The only problem with this computer is that there is no sound output from
the speakers or headphone jack, just an occasional faint squealing noise. I
believe this may be due to a bad capacitor, but I replaced the ones that
were bulging and visually all the rest look normal so I don't know which
one it would be. Sound does work fine with USB audio devices like the
Griffin iMic.

I'm not entirely sure what to ask for this, how about $70 plus shipping or
best offer? I can also throw in a set of replacement capacitors (which
should be complete except for the ones I already replaced) for an extra
$10. I also might consider a trade, especially for a Mac Pro 3,1 power
supply or a UJ-267 Blu-Ray drive. I only accept PayPal, unless you can meet
in Houston in which case I would take cash. If you have any questions or
want to see pictures please feel free to ask.
