Hello everyone!

I am looking to clear out some of my computers that I no longer need or
have time to work on. Below is a list of what I have. Pictures are
available upon request.

*Item #1 *

2009 Mac Pro model # A1289
2.66 GHz Quad-core Xeon
3 GB Memory
GT120 Graphics Card
No Optical Drive
No Hard Drive

I picked this computer up recently to see if I could get it working. When I
acquired it, the computer appeared completely dead, but I was able to get
it to turn on. Sadly while the sleep/wake light illuminates and the fans
turn on (it even attempts to use optical disks when hooked up), the
computer will still not chime. Upon further inspection, it appears the
person that owned it before me tried to do some troubleshooting that caused
some issues. Example, some of the screws had stripped heads, and some of
the pins on the back plane leading to the processor tray were bent. It was
after I tried to straighten a few that the computer came to at least power
up. This would possibly be a good project for someone more skilled than I,
as I feel I have done as much as I can with it.

The case is in beautiful shape with no bent handles or any major physical
issues other than a few scratches, which are common to these machines. The
computer will come with three of the four drive trays, as the #1 tray was
missing when I purchased it; the graphics card; stock 3 GB of memory; and
processor and heatsink. I imagine that replacing the back plane may be what
it needed to bring this computer to life.

I would like to get $150 plus shipping to your location. Shipping can be
quite expensive on these machines, so it would be safer for the machine to
deal with someone local to the DFW area.

Item #2

I have a large lot of spare parts for non-unibody MacBook Pros. These parts
are not operational, but you might find some pieces helpful to you. Among
what I have are:

2 bottom cases
3 top cases, with incomplete or no keyboards
1 complete unit with no memory cover and no battery, missing screws (1 GB
Memory)
2 non-booting logic boards for MacBook Pro 4,1 (I believe the problem is
the graphics card solder.)

I would like to get $50 plus shipping for all the parts as a lot.

Item #3

>From all the parts I acquired, I was able to piece together a working
MacBook Pro that seems to be solid with no issues. I added a hard drive and
battery to it along with a power adapter. Here are the specs:

MacBook Pro 3,1
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 Ghz
4 GB Memory
Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT 128MB
320 GB Hard Drive
Superdrive (works)
Battery that still holds at least an hour charge
Magsafe Power Adapter

As there are no install disks, I will send the computer wiped.

$200 obo + shipping to your location
