I'm looking for the giant monochrome 2-page display. For obvious reasons, I am mostly interested in one close enough to pick up-shipping is too expensive and I've had bad luck shipping CRTs.
I am located in Kentucky. My driving radius is pretty much anywhere in Kentucky, Indiana up to Indianapolis, and the Cincy area in Ohio. I can go a little further if the price is right. I'm also looking in the correct Nu-Bus card for this display. An Apple branded 13W3 cable would be very nice, although not a deal killer. Obviously, I'd be happy to pay shipping on these separate from the monitor.
