Family member just upgraded to a newer device, and this one is no longer needed. Might work for basic calling/texting, but starting to show its age for anything web related, as you might expect. Perhaps would work as a music player, etc. Running iOS 6.1.6. No cable or charger included. It does have a very basic shell case that is starting to come apart, but I will include it unless you don’t want it. Screen has no scratches or other major blemishes. Part of the back case does have about a 2 inch vertical crack, but that doesn’t seem to affect use. You will need access to a full-sized sim card to setup the phone. Old/non-active SIMs work just fine…I just was able to do a reset and basic setup of the phone using an inactive SIM. It has been signed out of iCloud, and the unlock request from ATT just came back approved. So it should be good to go.
