I have a black 16GB Verizon iPhone 4. It has a small ding in the glass near the top left corner, but otherwise it's in great shape. It's running iOS 7.1.2 so it can't run any of the latest apps, but it works as an iPod, camera, etc. I haven't used it with Verizon in years but I imagine you could reactivate it on their network if you wanted to use it as a phone.
