If anyone has a Sonnet Encore Duet CPU upgrade for the PowerMac G4, I'd be interested to talk to you. Even better, if anyone has a dual 1.0GHz or dual 1.25GHz CPU card which is DEAD, that'd be great. I have recently come into possession of a small quantity of Freescale MPC7448 1.7GHz CPUs that have the ability to be easily overclocked to 2.0+ GHz. My plan is to reball an original Apple dual-G4 processor card with dual MPC7448s running at 2.0GHz or 2.25Ghz and then run some comparison tests against the Sonnet Encore Duet, which were based on the MPC7447A CPUs.
